Theron N Stallings DC is your trustworthy chiropractor in the Northern Colorado area. He was born in Laramie, WY, and graduated from Laramie High. He had always considered Fort Collins as his second home during those years because his family was living there. As a teenager, Dr. Stallings suffered from headaches, but he learned to manage them with the help of his chiropractor. From then on, Dr. Stallings knew he wanted to help others with pain management and their well-being.

He earned his undergraduate (pre-chiropractic) degree from Bartlesville Wesleyan College, and after graduating from National College of Chiropractic with honors in 1982, he started his practice in Fort Collins in 1983. It is now over 36 years since it was established!

Chiropractic Care as a Passion

Dr. Stallings is a member and board member of the Christian Chiropractors Association. He has now been on 14 short-term mission trips to the island of Jamaica providing care for people. Last year, he had a patient approach him with this comment, "Since you treated me last year, I have not had one headache. All they give us here are tablets (pain medications), but you do something to help us."

That statement made the entire trip worthwhile. The patient reminded him again of why he chose this profession – to help patients discover the cause of their problems, not just treating the symptoms. 

He and his wife have 9 sons! By treating them, he has become an experienced chiropractor who can cater to any age group with ease.

"Following lower back surgery in 2002, I began receiving preventative chiropractic care. When our family moved to Ft. Collins in 2009, I was worried about receiving the same compassionate, professional, and effective care my former chiropractor provided. I was certainly wrong!

His three-plus decades of training and level of knowledge always amazes me. I visit him and mention a 'nagging' hurt or discomfort, and he instantly diagnoses the cause and addresses it. I leave the office with both physical and mental relief.

A shining example involves his treatment for something I thought was unrelated to my spine. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and experienced pain in my foot for nearly a year. I had seen other doctors and even a podiatrist and had been subjected to injections. I mentioned this to Dr. Stallings one day and he devised a plan for healing. Within two months the pain abated. I often forget that I even had the injury.

My confidence in Dr. Stalling and his friendly staff is unequivocal. I know that my daily routine is not conducive to a healthy back. But, with Dr. Stalling’s expertise I have confidence that I can live an active lifestyle with the wonderful reassurance that he will help me get back to normal when I mess up.
